Fit2Serve offers weekly fitness activities such as touch footy, soccer, ultimate frisbee, tennis, gym, wall climbing and lots more. Activities are intended for people of all fitness levels and aim to encourage each person.
The ultimate aim of Fit2Serve is to develop our physical fitness so that we can then go out into the community as a team, and engage in service activities to help others in need.
Fit2 Serve is primarily aimed for men, however we do combine with the woman's fitness group, JIG on a regular basis.
Typical service activities include:
Car washes, general handyman work, moving furniture etc.
Fit2Serve meets weekly on Mondays at 6pm. Service activities will normally be once per month or on demand.
