Welcome to Surfside!

Our service is laid-back and contemporary, with great modern music and songs, and most importantly faithful teaching from the Bible.

Surfside attracts many students, young professionals and families from all over Newcastle. Click here for more information for students.

Our main goal is to provide people in the Newcastle CBD with a Bible-teaching church that encourages, equips and trains people for Christian ministry, as well as reaching out to people in the centre of the city with the Gospel message.

New people are always welcome.

We worship on Sunday evenings, with the service starting at 7pm. Supper and refreshments are provided afterwards, and we also enjoy SNAC (Sunday Night After Church), an informal time at Anacapri on Derby Street. We also have a number of homegroups and ministries designed for young people.
